The GrowthSprint–LeadGenius EduGrowth Internship is a 6-week fast-track professional internship designed in collaboration with the Council of Cyber Vigilance and Security Enforcement (council.org.in)  a national non-profit body committed to Empowering a Cyber-Safe and Secure India through Awareness, Education and Enforcement.

This edition of the EduGrowth Internship extends the GrowthSprint learning philosophy into the emerging domains of Cyber Awareness, Digital Ethics and Responsible Technology Use.
It is purpose-built for management, commerce, IT and communication students who wish to combine career growth with public-purpose impact.

Unlike conventional internships that focus on observation, this program is action-based, evidence-driven and leadership-oriented.
Interns will not only learn the principles of ethical communication, counselling and digital engagement  they will apply them directly to real-world awareness projects under the Council’s mission.

Purpose of the Internship

The EduGrowth Internship aims to prepare students to become ethical communicators, digital counsellors and awareness leaders for the cyber-safe India movement.

The internship integrates the GrowthSprint Performance Model (Plan → Do → Reflect → Grow) with the Council’s quality principles of awareness, vigilance and responsible influence.

The key intentions are to:

  • Empower Interns as Awareness Catalysts  enable them to carry the Council’s cyber safety mission to campuses, communities and digital spaces.
  • Build High-Performance Communication Skills  through structured outreach, ethical persuasion and professional counselling practice.
  • Develop Digital Leadership & Responsibility  training interns to represent the Council professionally across digital channels and campaigns.
  • Foster Purpose-Driven Professional Identity  helping learners see themselves as GrowthSprint-trained ambassadors contributing to national digital resilience.

Week 1: Orientation, Identity & Purpose Discovery

Theme: Understanding Yourself as an Awareness-Driven Professional

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand Council’s mission and role in public awareness
  • Recognize your position as an awareness communicator
  • Learn fundamentals of self-driven professional learning

Weekly Assignments:

  • Read Internship Handbook + Council Overview document
  • Create Personal Professional Identity Statement
  • Begin Daily Reflection Journal
  • Attend Orientation Session

Week 2: Foundations of Cyber Awareness & Digital Responsibility

Theme: Understanding what to communicate and why

  • Learn communication accuracy while representing Council

Week 3: Awareness Conversations, Counselling Basics & Outreach Practice

Theme: Moving from learning → action

  • Learn what converts interest into participation
  • Understand ethical persuasion and trust-based influence

Weekly Assignments:

  • 30–40 awareness conversations (phone or digital)
  • Use standard call script ethically
  • Track reasons for engagement or rejection

  • Daily Outreach Sheet
  • “Conversation Analysis Sheet” for 10 calls

Core Outcome of Week:

First observed patterns and data of:

  • who responds
  • what motivates
  • what objections appear

This becomes input data for self-improvement.

Week 4: Digital Tools, Structured Outreach & First Registrations

Theme: Structured, measurable execution

Learning Objectives:

  • Use templates, student-type categorization methods
  • Begin actual registration mobilization

  • Prepare 1 Council-approved awareness post or creative
  • Promote awareness event within personal network
  • Generate minimum 20 awareness invites

Outcomes of the Program

By the end of the internship, participants will:

  • Master the fundamentals of counselling, communication and outreach in a digital-age context.
