EduGrowth Plus Internship
EduGrowth Plus (Council Extension) is a 12-week, practice-driven continuation for participants who have completed the 6-Week GrowthSprint–LeadGenius–EduGrowth Internship. This phase transfers everything you learned about disciplined outreach, ethical counselling, CRM hygiene and batch formation into the cyber-safety mission of the Council of Cyber Vigilance and Security Enforcement (council.org.in) a self-financed, not-for-profit body working to create a cyber-safe and secure India through awareness, education, training and workforce development.
You will operate as a field-ready growth professional: designing and delivering cyber awareness outreach, guiding prospects into Council programs, supporting registrations and batch formation and maintaining evidence-based performance logs. The intent is to apply GrowthSprint’s “learn → apply → reflect → improve” rhythm from your first internship to a national-purpose context, while building a verified impact portfolio.
The Council’s mandate reducing harm from cybercrime and strengthening national digital resilience through programs and projects with multi-stakeholder affiliates gives this internship real-world stakes and visibility. Your output feeds directly into the Council’s objectives: continuous public awareness, best-practice training and the creation of a competent cybersecurity workforce.
Intention of the Internship
To extend your GrowthSprint discipline into applied leadership for cyber vigilance so you function as a Cyber Awareness & Enrolment Professional who can independently create demand, convert interest to registrations and support program delivery for the Council’s initiatives. The internship reinforces the GrowthSprint identity of a self-directed performer (daily actions, weekly reviews, portfolio proof), now aligned to the Council’s quality principles of safety, proactive risk management, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.
Concretely, the intention is to help you:
- Translate awareness → enquiry → registration → batch formation in the cyber-safety domain, using the same structured habits you built earlier.
- Model ethical communication, empathy-led counselling, objection handling and CRM discipline as hallmarks of GrowthSprint professionals.
- Become a credible ambassador of the Council’s mission in campuses, communities and online groups.
