Terms and Conditions of Admission

The website www.council.org.in is operated by Council of Cyber Vigilance and Security Enforcement (“Council” or “us” or “we” or “our”), having its registered office located 497, CCIT Building, 3rd Floor, Near Model Town Club, Model Town, Ludhiana – Punjab – India. Your use of the services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions.

  • The right of admission is reserved.
  • Once a time slot or batch timings for training program or course is allotted, it can not be altered against this registration fee slip.
  • The student has to obey the rules and regulations of institution set from time to time. The registration immediately voids if a student disobey the rules and regulations set by this school, institution or training provider.
  • Fee once paid will neither be refunded nor be adjusted against any other dues or fee of any other course or fee of any other person in any case.
  • Please go through prospectus and enquire all course details before joining a training program.
  • After the admission/ registration, a candidate is liable to pay the total and complete course fee. A candidate is responsible to pay the whole course fee once he/she get registered for a course as a seat is allocated to him/ her.
  • No change in time slot is permitted in case of short-term training program . In case of long term program (of duration more than 6-months) students can get their time slot changed against a fee of Rs. 250/-, only if desired time slot is empty/ available.
  • The students who want to take leave or break during the course (not applicable for courses of duration less than six months) must deposit their fee installment in advance.
  • Incase a student does not deposit the fee up to the due date there is a fine of Rs. 100/- per week or part of it . The registration will void if a candidate does not deposit the fee within one week from the scheduled date. In such case, re-registration by paying registration fee is required in order to continue the course.
  • The course fee includes tuition fee only. The cost of stationary, books, course material, printouts will be extra to be paid by student. Similarly there will be separate examination or certification fee or citation ceremony contribution..
  • The student has to complete stipulated number of theory and practical sessions within the given schedule fixed at the time of admission. In case student misses the scheduled course, he/she will be doing on his/ her own risk. In such case the candidate will have no claim for extra theory or practical time.
  • Award/Certificate will be issued by school or examining-body only to those students who have 80% attendance, submitted all the assignments, practical journals and who successfully passes the required examinations and project work (if any).
  • This institute does not claim any affiliation or tie-up with any government agency or university for any particular training program/ course, until and unless specified or given in writing to a candidate.
  • Syllabus or curriculum can be changed from time to time without any prior information to the students for keeping it up-to-date.
  • Institute will not be responsible in case a scheduled course is delayed due to unforeseen reasons.
  • No visitors, guests or phone calls are allowed during class timings. However their urgent messages may be conveyed after the class if there is any attendant available in the office.
  • The students are not allowed to talk on mobile/cell phones in the premises. The mobiles must be completely switched off. It should not be even of on silent mode. If any student violate, there will be a fine of Rs. 250/-.
  • No certificate will be issued for partial course attended. The certificate will be issued only after successfully completing the whole course and examination.
