About Program
The Four-Year Professional Training of Trainers (ToT) Program by the Council of Cyber Vigilance and Security Enforcement is a comprehensive, competency-based and industry-oriented professional education programme designed to develop the next generation of Cyber Security Trainers, Educators, Coaches, Mentors, Consultants, Researchers, Leaders and Institutional Builders.
The programme uniquely combines technical expertise with professional training, instructional design, coaching, leadership, Artificial Intelligence, research, innovation and entrepreneurship. Learners progressively build competencies in Cyber Security, Information Technology, AI, Cloud Computing, Digital Technologies and Digital Transformation while developing the ability to teach, mentor and lead others effectively.

The ToT Program follows a four-stage development pathway, taking learners from foundational knowledge to advanced professional leadership:
- Certified Foundation Trainer (CFT)– Build strong foundations in IT, Cyber Security, AI, communication and professional learning.
- Certified Professional Trainer (CPT)– Develop expertise in Cyber Security operations, ethical hacking, digital forensics, instructional design, coaching and governance.
- Certified Senior Trainer & Coach (CSTC)– Advance into enterprise security, executive coaching, consulting, research and strategic leadership.
- Certified Master Trainer & Leadership Fellow (CMTLF)– Develop visionary capabilities in institutional leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, advanced research and global professional practice.
